The Dependency of perfection

The human resource applied is the expression of the excellence and the correct use of power. Perfection does not tolerate the error, the excellence incorporates them and learn from them. The dependents of perfection have low tolerance and equal vulnerability with weakness. The wise men come from the vulnerability as an expression of strength that is born of the authentic. The dependents of perfection eventually become walking mannequins, denying his humanity and being unable to expose themselves as they are. What awaits on the other side of the mirror to be applied is the correct use of power and excellence in ability to lead and perform.
