3 vertical directions

In Shamanic tradition that we follow, there are 3 vertical directions to be complied with. They keep in themselves the potential of unification between all that is at the top and bottom. Allow us to be the bridge between the visible and the invisible. We can invoke them to help us achieve our goals of spiritual connection and protection needs.

The direction of the high, connected to the Father Sky, have the color blue sky and is a more masculine energy, requires movement and invocation. Connect us to the more positive side, luminous and spiritual power of this direction may bring.

The direction of the Bottom, connected to Mother Earth, has green color and is a more feminine energy and needs stability, roots. It gives us a call to purification, the integration of the body and in the Here and Now.

The direction of the Centre, connected to the Rainbow, possessing all the colors, make balance between the high and the low and is an energy more androgynous. Call us the energy of the heart, in that the person should be full and honest with what's in your heart, in order to understand what is in conflict, which is not settled in the High and low. There is no right, or wrong, aims at the joining of the things, the female/male.
