Soothing bath for kids • Tip

For those who have active children try to give them a bath with Lavender at night because it is extremely soothing. To prepare this bath you need to boil in 2lt water the amount of a tablespoon full of lavender, you can purchase at any herbal remedies. After the water reaches a boil leave 5 minutes in boiling and then turn it off. Leave to cool to the temperature allow taking the bath. Strain and pour the water through the head to toe. To dry it is recommended to take only the surplus without rubbing vigorously the towel in the body. You can dry the hair. This bath also can and should be done by any adult who feels the need to do so.
