Be responsible and disciplined
We must understand and be aware of the causes and effects of the actions that we practice and those that we don't. This ability of attention is called "responsibility", ability to respond and support our actions and we're responsible for everything we do and don't. The discipline becomes important, as it is the process of looking at life and act without precipitation. In fact, this term means "being a disciple of himself". Understand and honor our own pace is essential, without losing our way when we have too much or too little to do.
