Authority issues
When we have issues of authority with someone, we are designing our authority over someone, rather than claim it for us. Who has this problem tends to attract leaders effective and competitive. There is a reluctance to take a personal responsibility in life which leads the victim syndrome, reacting with blame, judgment, attack, deception, withdrawal and expulsion. That claiming personal authority is no longer a victim. As he does, the stumbling ways to gain power are interrupted and demonstrates real leadership capabilities.
