Pranic breathing

Prana is a Sanskrit word which means "the principle of life." In this breath we inhale and exhale through the nose, but taking inspiration directly to the throat, similar to the breath of snoring. This breathing is the most healing and in India is used as a specific curing system. It has the power to increase the immune system and oxygenate our entire body. We can perform it sitting comfortably and for about 5 minutes. This breathing should be done in a paced way, inspiration should be long, holding it for a few seconds, then exhale completely and once again hold for a few seconds.

When ending, relax the breathing and keep your attention for a moment on the feeling that remains.
