Air breathing

In this breath we inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. As the name implies, it will make us work our relationship with life and the way we are open and accept the new. Great for those who need to unwind and cope with stressful situations, being the most alike to the sigh. We can perform it sitting comfortably and for about 5 minutes. The inhalation and exhalation should be constant without major breaks and we should focus all our attention on the abdominal area.

When ending, relax the breathing and keep your attention for a moment on the feeling that remains.
