Water breathing

In this breath we inhale and exhale completely through your mouth. As the name implies, it will make us work our internal water ie the balance of emotions. It has the power to activate the memory and harmonize our interior. It's a slow and quiet breathing where we should fill the most of the lungs to then empty them completely compressing the abdominal to force all the air out. We can carry it comfortably sitting or lying manner and for about 5 minutes, preferably at night. We should focus all our attention on filling and emptying the lungs.

When ending, relax the breathing and keep your attention for a moment on the feeling that remains.
