Earth breathing
In this breathing we inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose. As the name implies, it will make us work our connection to Earth, rooting, soothing and nourishing us. It's a slow and quiet breathing where we should fill the most of the lungs to then empty them completely compressing the abdominal area to force all the air out if needed. This produces a great effect of detoxifying our organism.
We can carry it comfortably sitting or lying and for about 5 minutes. It is fantastic for relaxing before bed. We should focus all our attention on filling and emptying the lungs.
When ending, relax the breathing and keep your attention for a moment on the feeling that remains.
