Fire breathing

In this breathing we inhale and exhale completely through the nose. As the name implies, it will make us work intensely our inner fire, activating the strength, will and power to act. It is the most intense of all breaths and preferably should be done during the day, if it's possible, in the morning.

The technique that we share is the safe way to do this breathing, as there is another way that should only be done if it is guided by someone with experience. We can perform it sitting comfortably and for about 5 minutes. The inhalation and exhalation should be rapid and constant, and we should focus all our attention on the abdominal area.

When ending, relax the breathing and keep your attention for a moment on the feeling that remains.
