Learn to breathe

Breathing is a mechanical act and usually we do not think, reflect or are aware of this force that gives us Life. We tend to take many things for granted, we fail to give our attention to small, big things that allow us to function as human beings and thus, by habit we go through life. How many of us can truly say that lives Life?

Notice the rising or setting of the sun, see the beauty of a flower that grows, give thanks for what we have and take time to create a better world?

To begin to have a more vivid vision of whom we are and of the world around us, soon we will post the five types of breath and their power.
