My true reflection
"The world is all inside you, if you want to solve it, solve yourself first!"
This is one of the maxims that all spiritual teachers transmit to their students.
Just as we need a mirror to see, for example our eyes or freckles on the face, we need a mirror to show us that our feature or behavior that is so intrinsic in our being that we can't observe and or admit.
That person, that for some reason we can't explain we don't like, or situations whose characteristics we do not like or that make us feel uncomfortable, these are exactly our interior mirrors, because it mirrors what we don't want to see in us.
Here's a little challenge for assessing people and situations that bother you, blow the dust from the surface and accept to see what inside you're really is not well.
This is the first step to increase the knowledge of ourselves and pacify relations with others and with life, and as we begin to solve our inside world the world around us will solve itself too.
