Cinnamon's magic • Tip
Cinnamon has excellent depurative effects. For those who have a tendency to fluid retention, this recipe can serve as a great helper to find the lost balance.
It is very simple, for each liter of water, use a cinnamon stick (does not work if you use the powder). Let it boil at least 5 minutes and when ready let it cool down and you can drink it at normal temperature when thirsty, no more than 1/2lt per day.
